the Meiji Emperor moment

This is a waka poem composed by Emperor Meiji in imado town Sumida Park monument. In 1873, Emperor Meiji were hit by Sanjyo Sanetomi and Miyuki Sanjyo Sanetomi Villa Taiousou, was confined to bed.
